Ceramics have been with us since stone age peoples discovered they could harden clay with fire.  As such, it is one of the oldest professions on the planet (but not the oldest!).  Here at Fire Horse Pottery, we like to reach back in time to recapture some of the techniques and vessels of earlier times.  Here is Kerry firing a saggar kiln at night.
